Here is our itinerary for when we are in China! Can't believe it is getting so close!

July 13 Friday

                       Leave Charlotte airport at 6 am

Jul 14 Saturday

Arrive in Beijing at 1:45PM from Newark

Beijing/Changchun flight- Arrive 8:25PM 

Airport pick up and hotel check-in. 

                        

Jul 15 Sunday 

Free day 

Jul 16 Monday 

9:00AM – Leave hotel for Civil Affairs Office 

9:30AM – Child hand-off and adoption registration at the Civil Affairs Office

10:00AM - Document notarization at Notary Office 

Jul 17 Tuesday

                Passport application 

Jul 18 Wednesday 

Free day for optional activities. 

Jul 19 Thursday 

Free day for optional tour: Tower of Yellow Crane. 

Jul 20 Friday 

Hotel check out; pick up of child’s passport and then transfer to airport 

Changchun / Guangzhou flight  Arrive at 8:55PM

Meet your English speaking tour guide and driver at the airport exit and transfer to the     hotel.

Jul 21 Saturday 

                       Visa paperwork check and Medical check 

Jul 22 Sunday 

Free day for optional activities.

Jul 23 Monday 

                       TB result check in medical clinic 

Jul 24 Tuesday 

                      Visa appointment and Oath taking ceremony 

Jul 25 Wednesday 

                     Visa pick up. 

Transfer to train station 

Guangzhou/Hong Kong  Arrive at 8:08PM

Jul 26 Thursday

                   Transfer to the airport on your own. The airport is only 5-10 minutes walk.

                   Hong Kong/Newark Leave at 10:25AM
        Arrive in Charlotte, NC at 7:21 PM same day!!
